The given table data presents information about number of travelers in three British airports, namely Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted, from 1998 to 2003. As is presented in the table data, the given three major British airports got more air travelers in later years and Gatwick airport had the largest number of passengers on an average.

According to the given information, around 27 million travelers used Heathrow airport in the year 1998 while Gatwick got the maximum number of travelers in this year which was more than 36 million. Stansted airport, on the other hand, received the lowest number of passengers which was about 17 million. Over the years the number of passengers in these three airports increased gradually with the exception of Heathrow airport where visiting passengers’ number decreased in 2001 and 2002. In 2000, Heathrow airport got the highest number of passengers which was more than 48 million compared to about 44 and 40 million in other two airports. But after that the number of visiting passengers in Heathrow airport decreased to as low as 33.2 million in 2002 compared to more than approximately 51 and 43 million in Gatwick and Stansted airports respectively. Finally in 2003 the passenger number in Gatwick was largest (more than 69 million) against the approximately 45 and 43 million passengers in other two airports.
