The supplied pie chart gives information about the various activities done by women in an average working day. As is seen in the illustration, an average woman in an average working day sleeps for 8 hours and works in office for 7 hours while meal preparation takes 2 hours and finally domestic chores take 5 hours of their daily time.
According to the given diagram, a woman remains quite busy in an average working day. Apart from 8 hours sleep and 2 hours leisure time, they have to remain busy working for 14 hours a day. On an average they spend 5 hours a day to complete their domestic chores and it takes them 2 hours to prepare meals for the family. Apart from working about 7 hours of unpaid works at home, they also work for 7 hours in paid job.
Thus sleeping is the activity which takes largest time of their day, 8 hours, and then second largest time, 7 hours, is spent in office by a woman. An average woman gets only 2 hours of leisure time per day after working 7 hours in office and working another 7 hours at home.
