Sample Answer:

Dear Mr Philip Grey,

I am Anthony Peter and I am working for five years at your prestigious organization as an executive in Marketing department. I am writing this letter to request you to consider me as the supervisor of my department.

In the past five years, I have gained a lot of experience about the marketing and working nature of our organization as well. Moreover, last year I was trained at digital marketing and eCommerce. Furthermore, I am diligent and honest employee, and I can work extra hours to meet the deadline. In addition to this, I have keen knowledge and experience on the basic principles of management like planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling. So, I think I am the suitable candidate for the post.

If I could get the opportunity, I will introduce few reforms to streamline the team. First of all, I will distribute assignments among the peer team members according the capability and performance as I know better about their strength and weakness. Secondly, I will remove few unnecessary hierarchies to make efficient and effective working channel.

I look forward to hearing you soon.

Yours sincerely,
Anthony Peter
