Sample Answer:

Dear Mr. Martin,

I am David Cooper, a tenant of your flat# A-22 in Rose Apartment Complex, Sunflower Street. This is to inform you about the bad condition of the furniture in my flat.

As you know, most of furniture I have in my apartment are worn out. For instance, the dining table has uneven legs that often recipes are spilled all over the table and floor. Moreover, the doors of the cupboard in bedroom always bang annoyingly. On the top of that, the kitchen cabinet’s most drawers are saggy and one of door never stays closed. However, I was promised that the furniture would be replaced immediately after entering the flat. But unfortunately, in spite of staying more than two month, it has not yet been happened.

I would appreciate it if you could renovate the furniture as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need further information. You may reach me at 042 5863 4759.

Yours sincerely,
David Cooper.
