You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
There have been some problems with public transport in your area recently.
Write a letter to the manager of the transport company. In your letter:
- describe the problems
- explain how these problems are affecting the public
- suggest some changes that could be made.
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.
Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,
As you see my address above, I live in the area which your company is responsible for its public transportation. The reason I am writing is the terrible service we receive from your company lately.
To commence with, there have been frequent delays by your transportation services recently. It is about a week that we found none of the buses is on scheduled time at their bus stop, and the worst case is that many of them do not stop some important stations at all. People feel really helpless when a bus does not arrive or even does not stop at some bus stops. I know you can imagine how a commuter feels in this situation.
This issue has left us into many difficulties. For instance, many workers like me are getting late due to the delayed bus in the morning. Likewise, students of this neibourhood cannot attend school on time. On the same token, families cannot maintain their daily affairs on due time during the day. Thus, this problem has created a mess in our life.
I am shocked by the terrible service. However, it would be a good idea that you can add adequate buses so as to solve the problem.
