You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
Write a letter to your college’s administration department complaining about the college’s facilities. In your letter include:
- what the problem is
- how this problem has affected you
- what the college should do to fix this problem
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.
Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,
I am a third year student in English department of your college. I am writing this to seek your attention to the scarcity of reference books in the library.
To begin with, we have severe shortage of books in our library. It lacks study materials corresponding to the course are offered this semester. Although there is a very few books related to my course in the library, but regrettably all are torn and outmoded that we can no longer use them. We need references as the topics are discussed in the class room. We are struggling to complete the assignments. As a result, we are going to have a poor grade.
Therefore, my intention in writing the letter to you is to ask you to get the adequate handful books pertaining to our course so that we can go on smoothly.
