Sample Answer 1:
Dear Mr. Julian,
You may have been discern that I have been missing some of your evening classes recently. Although you know I enjoy your lecture immensely, I am not able to your classes as I start full time job in a transnational company that I dream for. Consequently, I am having a hard time sticking with the course. I am afraid I cannot continue the course.
The problem is that I need to toil all the daylong and sometimes I am asked to stay extra hours to meet deadlines. As a result, I am so exhausted that I even sometimes cannot prepare my dinner. So, there is sheer scarcity of time for study. Moreover, some of my well-wishers suggest me that I have a bright future in the organization that I should channel all my efforts at work.
As I unable to dedicate my time to studies, I have already decided to put the course hold for this moment. Actually, I want to devote my time to develop my career first. I hope if everything will go at expected pace, I will be promoted soon. I, then, can manage time to finish the course.
With best regards,
Matt Abraham
Model Answer 2:
Dear Sir,
I am Demi Moor, taking fashion design evening course in your college since last month. I am doing a full time job at an IT firm as a web designer. Being a girl I like to wear fashionable dresses and I thought I should become literate about this. Apart from that fashion designing is my passion and I have a plan to pursue a career on that industry.
Recently my company promoted me as a team leader consisting of ten members. As a result I have got more working load. When I get home in the evening I have not little energy left to do anything. I am afraid to tell you that I am unable to continue this course anymore as my working load is growing high nowadays.
I would like to discontinue this course and try to get it again if I can adapt this situation. I am not looking for any refund but would like to request you to understand my situation and accept my discontinuation from this course.
Yours faithfully,
Demi Moor
