You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You rented a car from car Rental Company. The air conditioner has stopped working. You phoned the company a week ago but it has still not been repaired.
Write a letter to the company. In your letter:
- introduce yourself
- explain the situation
- say what action you would like to company to take.
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear _ ,
I am Paul Gittins. I rented a car from your company one week ago. I am writing to you in regard to an extremely unpleasant experience that I had with the rental car I had from you. The air conditioner of the car is not work properly and that is why I am quite unable to use the rented car.
Initially, the car was working as expected and I was quite happy with the quality. But for the last three days the air conditioner has stopped working. In the very first day of the unpleasant incident, I rang up your office and was served by a man named Alfred introduced him as customer support officer. He assured me that the problem would be fixed within 24 hours. But unfortunately, the issue is unresolved till today.
I am very disappointed with your customer service. However, I still hope that you will send somebody to my home to fix the problem. In case you cannot resolve the problem within next 24 hours after the receipt of this letter, I want a complete refund of the car rental payment which I made in advance.
Please respond to this letter within 24 hours.
