As you already know that my wife is severely ill and she is in hospital now. The surgeons suggest that she need an operation. So, it is my core responsibility to take care of her during her tough days.
The duration of my leave is for 7 days. This will be from January 15 to January 22. I expect that I can get back to work on 23 January. However, I want to assure you that the office will not be affected by my absence because I have already finished future assignments in advance and any possible emergency tasks will be handled by Laura as I rely on her ability to accomplish the task efficiently and effectively. Besides, I will have limited access to emails during my absence, but I will be available on my cell phone and our team members can reach me at any point of time.
I would appreciate if you generously consider my situation and approve me 7 days leave, and also let me know if any action issue from my end.
