You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You have moved to a new place. There has been damage after you moved in that place. Write a letter to your landlord explaining what happened and ask what you can do.
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.
Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Mr William Jones,
As you know, I am your new tenant at 38 Washington Street, New Castle Centre. I am writing to let you know about damages to avoid future misunderstanding and to take necessary actions to repair them. It was discovered almost immediately after moving in the apartment.
As per our agreement, I have moved in the apartment on 1st July. After tidying up the apartment, I noticed that the kitchen room’s sink was already broken. In addition to this, the pipeline to supply water to the dining room also has leak. On the top of that, the broken window glass in the main bed room worsens to live in the room.
I would very much appreciate it if you could attend to the problems as quickly as possible. Please call me as early as possible so that I can arrange to be there when you come to re-examine the damages to take required steps.
