You have bought a new mobile phone and in a few days of purchase, it has stopped working. You have spoken to the company representative a week ago but it has still not been repaired.
Write a letter to the company. In your letter,
- introduce yourself
- explain the situation
- say what action you would like the company to take
You do NOT need to write any address.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear _ ,
I am writing to you because I am extremely disappointed with the mobile phone that I bought from your company.
I bought the phone just over a month ago and it has already stopped working. I spoke to one of your representatives a week ago and they promised that someone would come and fix it, but no one has come.
I would like you to either repair my phone or give me a full refund. I am not happy with the level of service that I have received and I would like this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
