You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You are part of a group of musicians who meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings to practise in the community hall. You have been told, however, that it is no longer possible for the group to use the hall.
Write a letter to the manager. In the letter:
- describe what the group does
- explain why the group is good for the community
- suggest alternative days and times for practice
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.
Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Manager,
I am writing on behalf of the musical band Vikings, who have been using the community hall for practice music. We usually have been practicing Monday and Wednesday evenings, but the council secretary informed us that we are no longer allowed to use the hall for practice. He does not show any reason for the decision.
We have formed the band to aware several social issues like global warming, bullying, etc. through music. We always bear different issues in our mind when write our lyrics and compose our music. That is why our band is getting popular day by day. Not only do we entertain the locals but also we aware them in several community issues.
We think that our band would contribute to community enormously if we can continue our endeavor. If it is possible to keep our practice on, then Saturday and Tuesday evenings is suitable for us. We hope that you would be our keen companion in our journey.
