You are organizing a trip to the Black Mountains in West Wales for a group of students from Canterbury in Kent, UK. Write to the manager of Student Hostel Services and explain when you want to visit the Black Mountains, how long you will stay, how many students are in your party, and what accommodations you will require.
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.

Dear Sir,
I am organizing a trip to the Black Mountains in West Wales for a group of students from Canterbury in Kent, UK. We have selected the place for its spellbound landscape. However, we got many positive feedback from a group of students who had already stayed in your hostel during their last year tour and so we are interested in staying your place.
We will reach the place on 15th March and have the plan to stay for a week. There are twelve members in our group, seven men and five women and two more students will join us on 17th march. We need a dormitory for men and five private rooms for women. But one thing is needed to be sure that bathrooms are spacious that are cleaned daily and have endless supply of water. In addition to this, we need high speed broadband connection.
We also would like to get informed about your events for entertainment and other necessary information about your hostel and communication facilities.
