Sample Answer:

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my discontent with a rice cooker which I bought from your shop and the poor customer service I received thereafter.

Last week, I purchased the kitchen appliance and started to operate it. It worked well only for the first two days, but after that, the heating system of the cooker started to create problem and now it is as dead as a doornail. But on the top of that, four days ago, I made a phone call at your shop and explained Catharine, who introduced herself as a receptionist, the whole matter. She assured me that the problem would be solved immediately that she would arrange a trade person to fix the problem. But the matter of regret is that this has not happened yet.

As the appliance is under warranty, I am entitled to ask for it to be repaired or replaced. It would be greatly appreciated if you could replace it as early as possible with new piece of the same brand.

I await your prompt response with impatience.

Sincerely yours,
David Thomson
