Sample Answer:

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to present my opinion about library service and to make some suggestions to improve your operation. I have been using the library service for more or less 10 years. It is, in fact, one of my favourite reading places.

The automated system which allows users to find the books they look for in the blink of eyes. As a result, the users do not need to waste time searching the books on the shelves. In addition, the polite &friendly staffs add an extra dimension to the comfortable reading experience. Moreover, the library is equipped with comfortable furniture that causes a reading friendly ambience. Furthermore, the reading room with daily newspapers, magazines, and other informative resources is worthy to mention here.

However, I have some concerns I would like to share with you. First of all, the Internet connection is little bit slow. Secondly, during the peak hours, it is difficult to concentrate on reading, since the noise level is high.
Anyway, I would like to offer some suggestions to curb these issues. First and foremost, the library should be provided with a fast internet connection. If it is possible, then the service providers ought to be changed. The second recommendation is to reserve an insulated room for the readers who like to read or study attentively in noise free atmosphere.

This is all I would like to share with you. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.

Yours faithfully,
Peter Stothard.
