You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You share a parking area with several neighbours and have recently started having problems.
Write a letter to be copied to all neighbours that share the parking area. In your letter:
- explaining the problems
- suggesting ways to help the situation
- proposing a possible meeting
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.
Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Neibours,
Please take a moment to read the letter about parking issue we have been facing for a while. For the last couple of weeks, I have had problems regarding our common parking space that very often I am being unable to park my car.
As you are aware, every resident in this apartment is allotted one space in the parking bay. Nevertheless, it is seen that many a residents like me has to struggle to find a space for parking their car. Several reasons, for example bad parking, dumping old furniture, etc., contribute to the problem. On the top of that, a dog is there that barks at night causes another severe problem.
To avoid potential dispute, we need to solve these problems through mutual discussion. As for the issue, I would like to propose a meeting to discuss over the matter in order to solve the problems collectively. And I am happy to host the meeting in my suit.
