You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
Your local hospital has advertised for people to do unpaid work helping at the hospital. You would like to do some work at the hospital in your free time.
Write a letter to a hospital. In your letter:
- explain why you would like to do unpaid work at the hospital
- say what type of unpaid work you would be able to do
- give details of when you would be available for this work.
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.
Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,
I am William Jones, a student of Business Administration of Etowah University. I am excited to read your advertisement on unpaid works at the Daily Morning Sun on 5th February. I have always been passionate to contribute to the society. And it would the great opportunity to work you hospital to content my passion.
It goes without saying that serving at hospital is to serve the humanity. If you give me the chance to serve the humanity, I would like to work at your hospital. I worked several volunteer works in my school days such as cleaning neigbourhood, green movement, and so on, but never worked at hospital. So, I thought it would be if I can do a volunteer work at a hospital.
However, I can do any type of works in your hospital like, take caring of patients, cleaning floors, filling forms for patients, answering the phone, etc. But I prefer to take care of patient because I thought it would be pleasure to nurse patients.
I can start right now and I am available for works from Thursday to Saturday, three hours per day.
