Dear Sirs,

I am Lishan Chowdhury, Mumbai. I have recently travelled from Mumbai to Agra with your bus company. I am writing this letter to appraise you for my experience during the trip.

I came across your company while searching for an affordable and pleasurable service on the Google. I am impressed with your fare and facilities you provide. I was pleased by the guide when he welcomed us with his gentle smile. Moreover, the air condition was set to perfect temperature and there is no sign of dirt at all. The whole itinerary was comfortable and safe due to consistently maintained speed of the bus, even there was not a single hiccup. Finally, the professionalism of the staffs is praiseworthy.

I pen down by thanking you once again for the stupendous experience I had while travelling with your service and expecting the growth of your company.
