Model Answer:
“The only source of knowledge is experience” according to Albert Einstein. However, workers are the backbone of an industry. They are the tools which materialize every goal and the force which helps a business climb the ladder of success. Workers with years of work experience have a better comprehension and can grasp the nature of work quickly. Consequently, they can build a positive work environment that allows others to learn from them. That is why, I always prefer to hire an experienced worker, and even if it costs me more.

First and foremost, experienced workers have a fair idea of work culture, work ethics and work pressure above all. When they have been there and done that, work load comes easier for them than the others. Their years of failure and achievement, keen judgment ability, mature sense of responsibility can prove to be invaluable advantageous to the given organization. Actually, they streamline the whole process of work and reduce the effort of training.

Secondly, another vital issue is commitment. It takes a while for an inexperienced worker to understand the gravity of his responsibilities in pursuance of serious commitment. Experience teaches workers that without commitment no career can ever be succeed. Many a time, employers have to deal with lack of seriousness towards works, unsystematic works, unplanned leave, and no idea of punctuality in the case of an inexperienced worker. In contrast, the experienced worker hardly ever takes an opportunity to flout commitment towards works.

Last but not the least, experienced workers usually are multi-skilled and they can play diverse roles. This is because they have worked for a large variety of industries, groups or teams, picking up valuable competences along the way. As they are experienced, they have indubitably honed essential skills, mastered unique solutions to problems, and become specialist in particular domain that is an advantage to any employer.

To wrap up, I believe that an experienced worker can benefit the organization in multitude ways. So, the contribution of an experience worker will positively impact the growth of any organization. For that, I have predilection for experienced workers despite their high salary.
