Technology has brought unprecedented changes in workplaces. Telecommuting makes employees able to work from their convenient places. It is a cutting-edge approach in work environment which allows executives or employees work away from the traditional office. It is becoming more and more common that executives work for companies from homes rather than in offices. Even though conventional office has many advantages, this smart approach eclipses typical office’s benefits.For a start, conventional offices provide many advantages that cannot be tailored remotely. Pulling executives together into an office fosters spontaneous collaboration and concept sharing. Face time with colleagues fuels more open communication and they can exchange their best practices. In addition to this, a strong bond can be stemmed from the office that is vital for any company’s success. Moreover, onsite employees are easier to manage. Team leader can easily monitor subordinates and progress of assignments, and can solve problems almost immediately which are often impossible in working remotely.

On the other side of spectacle, telecommuting has enormous benefits to both employers and employees. The prime profit for employers is that they no longer need a large office space, and so eventually can cut off substantial amount of expenses. In addition, employers can manage a pool of employees with the help of telecommuting. Most importantly, corporations can expand oversees where labour cost is comparatively cheap. On the same token, it also caters some stunning benefits to employees. The vantage point for an employee can enjoy freedom and flexibility. He can coordinate his work schedule depending on priorities. Working from home is great opportunity for physical disable people and single parent homes. Physical disability cannot handicap for getting a job. Likewise, parents are able to stay with their children instead of putting them in day care. Parents can make more interaction with their offspring, and so thus it fuels their bond.
