The presented line graph gives information about the movie viewing costs while the pie chart outlines the changes in the market share of three forms of movie watching.

As is given in the line graph, cinema viewing in the theatre is more expensive and the price of ticket has increased over the period. In 2005, the cinema tickets were about 9 pounds while it cost eight and six pounds for DVD and download. In 2007, the ticket price and DVD price increased while the download of movies price decreased. After 2007, legal movie download price increased again and exceeded the price of DVD while cinema ticket price kept increasing. Finally in 2011, the cinema ticket price reached to 14 pounds, which was much higher than the costs of downloading movies of purchasing DVD.

According to the pie chart, DVD renting had far more market share than the online download and ticket selling for cinema. In 2005, DVD renting had 64% market share while it was 30 percent for cinema ticket and was only 6% for online movie downloading. In 2011, online movie watching market shared increased many fold and reached to 36% of total market share. At that time cinema attendances decreased and contributed to only 18% market share. Renting DVD contributed more than half of the total market share though it decreased than it was in 2005.
