The provided pie chart depicts the cinema viewers of a local cinema hall in the year 2000 according to their age groups. As is observed from the illustration, people who were over 54 years old went to visit cinema more than people from other age groups.
According to the pie chart data, more than half (51%) of the total cinema viewers belonged to the age group 55 and over. Rest of the 49% movie viewers were from 10 to 45 years old. Among these 4 age groups majority (21%) came from 10-15 years old age group. The least percentages of cinema goers were from 21 -30 and 31- 45 years age group whose percentages were 8 and 5 respectively. The people from 16 to 20 years old formed 15% of the total movie watchers.
In summary, people over 54 years old and children went to the local cinema halls more in the year 2000 than people from other age groups.
