The given flowchart presents the steps required to complete the work experience for university students. As is seen in the illustration, a university student requires completing six steps in order to be awarded with the word experience requirement credit. This credit is awarded when the students submit the final report.

In the first step a student needs to choose potential workplaces from the preapproved list, then submit applications and arrange interviews. This step is called ‘Application’. The second step is called Approval and in this step a student needs to submit the acceptance letter to a professor for approval.   In the third step of the process a student is expected to arrange the schedule to work at least 10 hours per week for more than 20 weeks. Then comes the reporting and in this step it is required to complete weekly report form and to submit them to a professor on every Friday. In evaluation step, a student requires attending in evaluation meeting with work supervisor during the final week of the work. The last step of the process is Final Report and in this step a working students needs to submit the final report before the last week of the spring term.
