People work because they need money to live. What are some other reasons that people work?
Discuss one or more of these reasons.

Sample Answer:
We live in the era of money making system. In this system there rises a question: ‘Is money for us or are we for money?’. In this regard, our existence is determined by the chain of supply demand of money. So people work because they need money to live. But to live money is not the essential prerequisite. There are others issues behind this.
Nowadays money has become the prime concern of man. Definitely For survival food, clothing, shelter are crying need. After that he needs a better life in the society. Money is needed for the consummation of these basic things. But it is not only money for what man works. As human being, we are not sufficient individually. When live in a society, and then we are inter-related through a system of exchange. Because of different people has different potentiality. In this way, he can attain expertise technically and from where crafts and professionalism develop. He can contribute to the society so that social harmony can be retained. How a man can be grown up, in this way, he wants to develop his position. This position is hardly to gain social status but a highest use of his intellect. Eventually, he can establish himself as an institute to be remembered for their further generation. It seems that he works for this.
For instance, it can be said different types of occupations are created for how much they have become capable of using their potentiality. The more anyone uses his latent the more he can serve to the society. Nation wants his outcome for its welfare and it becomes his social responsibility. This is the real task of man. It is beyond reasoning.
Moreover, despite being the articulation of people’s working for money, there is something reason for working beyond money in human intentionality. People are obliged to work to keep balance in life cycle. Money is the only way to hold the exchange system what people produce through their working aptitude. So people work to live, not for money.
