The table below highlights data on the number of travelers using three major German airports between 2007 and 2012.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The table data gives information about the number of travelers in three major German airports namely Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Berlin Tegel airport. As is seen from the illustration, Frankfurt airport got the maximum number of travelers except in 2009.

As is given in the table, there were about 27, 36 and 17 million passengers in Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Berlin Tegel airport in 2007. Usually Frankfurt airport received the highest number of passengers during the given years except in 2009. The passenger number in Dusseldorf airport increased to 48.2 million in 2009 and decreased in the next two years. Finally in 2012 the passenger number in this airport reached to over 45 million which is almost double than it was 6 year earlier.

Frankfurt airport’s passenger number reached to about 70 million in 2012 which was almost double than it was in 2007. The number of travelers in Berlin Tegel airport was lowest in 2007, 2008 and 2009 but in the next two years its passenger number exceeded than that of Dusseldorf airport. Finally this number reached to about 43 million in 2012 which is almost 2.5 times higher than it was in 2007.
