Sample Answer:

Nowadays, it is hard to imagine our lives without news. How we can keep up with the changes in the world and learn the latest information? Some people argue that the best way to learn news is through newspapers, while others consider other media to be a more efficient source. In this essay, I will discuss both views and express my opinion.

It is true that newspapers have long been a major source of news for many people. It has a lot of advantages that make it a popular choice. Firstly, it is a reliable source from which people can access news. Newspapers provide a variety of content that is often checked and verified by editors before being published. Moreover, newspapers often include more in-depth reports and analyses on a range of topics, which means readers can learn more than just the basic facts.

However, other media such as television and the internet should not be underestimated as sources of news. Firstly, television news programmes often provide live coverage of major events, which allows viewers to watch events as they happen. Secondly, the internet can provide up-to-date information from all over the world at any time of day. This means people can learn news from different parts of the world without having to wait for a newspaper to be printed and distributed.

In my opinion, I think that it is important to use a variety of sources to learn news. Each source has its own advantages and disadvantages, so it is important to be able to choose the right one for the situation. For example, if I wanted to find out about the latest events in a certain country, I would use the internet to access news websites from that country. However, if I wanted to gain a more in-depth understanding of an issue, I would use newspapers to read analytical articles.

In conclusion, while newspapers are still a popular source of news, they should not be the only source used. People should make use of other media such as television and the internet to gain a more comprehensive understanding of current events.
