Your friend sent you a letter offering you assistance in finding accommodation in your forthcoming trip. Write a letter to your friend explaining what kind of accommodation you are looking for.
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.
Begin your letter as follows:

My dearest Andrew,
It was nice to hear from you. How are you? Hope you and your family are doing well by the grace of Almighty.
I am so pleased to hear that you’ve agreed to help me finding a suitable accommodation in Australia for the next trip. I hope I’ll be there on December 3, 2015. Anyway, the reason I’m writing is to describe my accommodation requirements. First of all, I, actually, am looking for a private studio apartment which should be equipped with modern facilities like hot showers, modern bedroom and kitchen, computer with Wi-Fi facility, laundry facility and so forth. Secondly, it should be near the bus stop so that I could easily use public transports. Most importantly, I’ll have some important belongings and that’s why there shouldn’t be any lack of security.
You don’t mind finding a suitable accommodation according to my expectation, do you? Looking forward to hearing from you again.
