Sample Answer:
Dear Mr. Royston Spears,
I am Anthony Peter, one of tenants living your flat# 44D, located at Circular Avenue, Brighton. I am writing this letter with regard to the pesky problem appeared few days ago in our flat and to find a solution to the issue. Suddenly few days ago, the water geezer has stopped working.
Since last ten days, the water geyser has been out of order. As a result, the apartment has become hell as in the freezing cold without hot water. After contacting with you several times, you sent your workman, but unfortunately he failed to fix it. Your workman said that the machine is too old to fix. The situation has plunged us into abject misery.
I, therefore, humbly request you to solve the issue with the new geyser. Anyway, if the problem is not solved within a reasonable time, not to exceed ten days, I eventually will be bound to take legal step.
I think you will agree with that I am an ideal tenant, but the issue must be resolved. I am quite sure that you will take necessary action to fix the problem so that no further action is necessary. Thank you for your time and cooperation.
Yours sincerely,
Anthony Peter
