You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
Write a letter to a bus company saying you have left something valuable on the bus and tell them what to do if they find it.
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.
Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sirs,
The aim of this letter is to inform you about a bag I left on your company’s bus. It was last Monday, 7th of December at around 8:00 am. I boarded on the bus# 032D at Oxford stoppage and took off at London stoppage.
The bus usually arrive London within an hour, but unfortunately that day the bus was delayed about half an hour due to the traffic congestion. Anyway, I put the bag on top shelves, but when got off from the bus I forget to take my bag because I was in rush to get my office.
It is a common executive bag, with a leather strap, black colour, and big, white text on the rear side with the letters “LONGMAN”. Some important documents relating my assignment and a Dell laptop is in the bag. Both the documents and the laptop is utterly important.
I came to notice my mistake almost immediately after getting in my office. I contacted with your office over phone, but no one provided any satisfactory reply. However, if the above description matches anything, please contact me at 043 6783 2573. I will pick it up from your office.
