Answer:
There is not a shred of doubt that we engage in a job primarily for money. People are split when it comes to the issue of whether job satisfaction or salary is important for a job seeker, although. In the case, I am inclined to believe that contentment is more important than salary. This is because career should be chosen commensurate with passion. To commence with, a handsome paycheck has a great importance in today’s life because a man has to meet economic necessities. If you cannot entertain your family and children’s need, then what is the use of enjoying a career? To give an illustration of what I mean, let’s look at the case of my friend. He is a teacher at a government school and is paid very low salary. Although he enjoys his teaching profession, but he leads an unhappy family life as he often cannot meet his family’s economic necessities. Hence, it is a fact that money plays a crucial role in our daily life.

Having said that, people need enjoyment at what they do, because it keep them motivated to going on, or stick to their goal. Enjoyment in work can foster themselves professionally and personally. When somebody loves to do something, he tries how it would be done more efficiently and more effectively. He devises new approach or hones his skills in order to excel his performance. Most importantly, if someone does something with passion, it, then, transcends him into the paradise of success. Passion translates into determination or perseverance that fuels him to be steadfast in the job despite difficulties or delay in attaining success. A case in point is that I started my career with a modest salary. But after a few years, I am paid handsome paycheck now. There is no mystery, but the fact is that I do what I love to do that inspires me to display varying degrees of competence in accomplishing assignment. Eventually, I am being promoted in regular basis.

All in all, I do not ignore the importance of money. Certainly, it has great significance in supporting family. But all I want to say is that if someone engages in a job what he loves to do, he then can demonstrate his talent and eventually, can grab the touchstone of success. And money is the logical consequence of success.
