You have received a gift of money. The money is enough to buy either a piece of jewelry you like or tickets to a concert you want to attend. Which would you buy?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Sample Answer:
Gift is always an appreciating thing, especially when it is money, because it allows people to buy whatever they think will benefit them the most. However, how they will spend that money varies in extent according to the person’s predilection and need. In my case, if I were given a considerable sum of money with a condition that I had to spend on either jewelry or tickets to the concert, I would like to spend on tickets to the concert since it would give me an exciting experience, give me an opportunity to aid victims of earthquake as the substantial amount of money will go to rehabilitation program for Nepalese.
First of all, concert always offers me a great joy and excitement. I can enjoy every moment, every beat of a concert. For instance, last year, I attended a concert in my town. It was so amazing that it is not expressible in words. I can still remember the day. It was 6 p.m. when I arrived at the venue. The queue of crowd to get in to the concert was longer than I thought it would be. However, when the bands were performing, the whole crowd were cheering with joy. Everybody just got vibrant with music, particularly, when ‘Eagle’ was performing the song “Hotel California”, the whole concert was singing with beat of the song. Furthermore, the red, yellow, and green fluorescent lights illuminated the area from the stage made the concert more attracting. Actually the whole environment was like a dream for me. I experienced almost all the senses that make this one of the most enjoyable and memorable experiences in my life. So, obviously, I will choose concert rather than jewelry.
Second of all, a concert is going to be held in the next month in our town. This is a benefit concert for Nepal earthquake victims featuring the favorite bands such as Linking Park, Deep Purple, and U2. The funds raised through the concert will go the rehabilitation program for the victims of the devastating earthquake took place in Nepal recently. So, it is really a great opportunity for me to help Nepalese as I believe that the core of every religion is the belief that we care for each other, we should take care of each other, especially in times of need. The Nepalese need our aid, they need to know they are not all alone, they need to know that we still care.
In pithy, different people have different views. But I would choose the tickets if I were got money as a gift. This is because it would be another enjoyable memory for me, and more importantly, I could help recent earthquake victims of Nepal.
