Sample Answer:
Having a good neighbor is a blessing while a bad neighbor can make our life tougher. Neighbours live very close to us and in a way they are the closest people we have got. A good neighbour should have many qualities including the respect on you and your property, well-behaved, modest and honest. They are the people who should come ahead in your needs.

If your neighbour respects you and your property, your living in the area would be peaceful. He should be self-conscious and would not make fuss for trivial things. The respect would be reciprocal and he would let you know before building a fence around his garden, for example. This makes a big difference when your neighbour share what he is planning to do that might affect you some way. Thus he would take care of your property when you are far away and you would start trusting him.

Manner and behaviours of your neighbour would determine whether you want to live in your area for a long or whether you are planning to leave the area to settle somewhere else. Nothing could be more annoying when your neighbours start yelling at your children. A modest and honest neighbour would always greet you and would invite you in parties. He would often send you wishes and would personally visit your house with his family.

In your crisis, he would always raise his helping hand and would be part your happy times as well. You can’t respect and care for someone who shows up only in your good times and could not be found in rainy days. Personally I am lucky to have some fantastic neighbours and they always act like my family, not like some strangers. They are people I live with and thus our mutual understanding and respect for each other helps us living peacefully in our community.
