Model Answer 1 :
In today’s world, men are empowering the global administration. However, women comprise half of the world’s labour force. I agree that the companies should give top positions to women to maintain the ratio. It will be discussed by analysing firstly, better performance of women during university education and secondly, selfless professional attitude of ladies toward their jobs followed by a reasoned conclusion.

To begin with, modern women are providing outstanding performances at university education. This is because more and more women are been enrolling in universities and are defeating their male counterparts in grades and other activities. For example, the Yale students committee found that in the last three years, female students took more distinctions in the subjects like management, sciences and business than male students. Therefore, companies should provide key opportunities to women with higher education.

Nevertheless, women are proven to be more honest towards her career. This is due to fact that she performs her duty with more responsibility and passes through thick and thin to save the pride of her work. For instance, a survey issued by United Nations proved that internationally women are being paid lesser than their male colleagues of the same rank, in spite of the fact that their efficiency level is far higher than male workers. Thus, companies should offer important positions to efficient female workers.

In conclusion, although there are certain jobs that can only be done by men no one can deny the power of the ladies workforce that is helping the world’s economy. Therefore, women should be given higher ranks in companies and factories just like their male counterparts.

Model Answer 2 :

It is an irrefutable fact that every human being has the right to choose a profession and to excel in it. In this scenario, whether companies should promote female staff to higher positions than males is a frequent topic of discussion. In this essay, I totally disagree with this view due to some factors which I shall discuss in the following paragraphs.

An important point that deserves attention in this context is that a company should always prefer the ability of staff and not gender for its betterment. Since excellence in performance and ability are the two prerequisites for the growth of a company and a person, it is mandatory that each and every company should focus on the abilities of a person while appointing them to more responsible positions rather than trying to dominate any gender.  Also, it is true that there are several numbers of male and female staff in all firms who are good at their performances. Therefore giving a certain preference to a specific gender while allocating staff leads to the regression of companies.

Furthermore, it is a fact that companies have the absolute right to decide the position of the staff members. To be precise, as success is the target of every company, management has the power to decide who deserves the position on the basis of certain factors. It does not mean that companies should give preference to any one gender. However, there are some exceptional positions in some sectors where gender preference is required.  Otherwise, jobs can be offered irrespective of gender. For example, there are several companies all over the world with both male and female dominance. These companies are good examples and evidence to show that gender does not play any vital role in the success of a company.

Nevertheless, some people assert that the company must give fixed opportunities to female staff as well. At a single glance, it is commonly seen that males are dominating in managerial positions in all most all the companies which highlight a gender inequity among professionals. In order to sort out such kind of discrimination, women must have allocated with a fixed proportion of positions. As a result of this, females along with male staff can also excel in the field of work they are involved in which ultimately results in the increasing status of women all over the world. For instance in many developing countries like India, to assure gender equity and women empowerment, a certain percentage of positions and opportunities is offered to women in all the work sectors even in the Indian parliament. Though it is true to an extent, the benefits of selecting staff members especially to the managerial positions on the basis of their talents cannot be overlooked.

To conclude, success hides in talents but not in gender. Therefore, instead of giving preference to gender, it is wise to offer opportunities to the talented workforce of both sexes.
