The given table data illustrates the weekly rents and average salaries needed in three locations of London namely Notting Hill, Regent’s Park and Fulham. Overall, people of Notting hill needs highest earning among the given three areas as the rental charges are highest there.
As is observed from the given data, the rent in Notting Hill is highest compared to other two areas. While 375 pound a week is required to rent a 1 bed house in Notting Hill, it requires 325 and 215 pound / week to rent the same type of house in Regent’s Park and in Fulham. For 2 bed property the weekly rent in Notting Hill is also highest (485 pound/ week) while it is 450 & 390 pounds in Regent’s Park and in Fulham. For the three bed property the highest rent is also in Notting Hill while the lowest rent is in Fulham. As it can be clearly seen, the rent of property is highest in Notting Hill and the rent increased with the size of the property.
Again the salary required to stay at Notting Hill is also highest. While about 56 thousand pound a yearly salary is required to live in a 1 bed property in Fulham, this reaches to 98,500 in Notting Hill. The salary requirement to live in a three bed property in Notting Hill is 194 thousand compared to just above 170 thousand in Regent’s Park and 157 thousand in Fulham.
