The given bar graph compares the consumption of electricity by different household electronic devices and also shows the cost associated with the usages of those devices per year.
As is presented in the given illustration, pump or heater consumes the largest amount of electricity (about 2300 kilowatt per year) and cost about $ 180 in a year. The second largest electricity hungry electronic device is pool pump that costs about 125 dollar and consumes about 1500 kwh in a year. Electronic devices like well pump computer, aquarium, dishwasher, cooker, freezer, water bed heater, clothes dryer and washing machine consumes from 500 to 1000 kwh electricity and they costs ranging from 42 to 83 dollar yearly. The cost associated with an electronic device is directly related with the electricity it consumes.
Television, electric blanket, microwave woven and dehumidifier like devices consumes the least amount electric power which ranges from about 100 to 400 mwh per year. The costs associated with those household devices are less than 40 dollar.
