The given pie charts present information on retail online sales in four categories in New Zealand for the years 2003 and 2013. Overall, online retail sales in travel and film/ music were two prominent sectors in New Zealand and over time online film and music sales increased than other given sectors.

As is observed from the first pie chart, highest online sales were made in travel sector in 2003 in New Zealand amounting 36% of total online sales. The second largest online sale in this year was in clothing which was 24%. Film/ music made 21% sales while the least percentage of sales was for books. After 10 years in the year 2013, the online sales volume for music and film increased to 33% and that was the highest percentage of online sales in this year. Sales of travel decreased by 7% and reached to 29% and stood in the second position in this year. Online sales for books increased by 3% while the sales in clothing dropped to 16% which made it the least percentage in this year.

In summary, in 10 years the online sales volume in film/ music and books increased while the opposite is true for the travel and clothing sectors’ online sales.
