The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they received from their employers.

The given bar graphs present information on why students of different age groups study and how this education is supported by the employers for the working class students.

According to the first bar graph, most of the students who are less than 40 years old study mainly because of their career building. Firstly, for the below 26 years old students, the main and most forcing reason for education is career building. More than 85% young students study to build their career while only 7-8% do that for interest. This trend is true among students till they become 40 years old. Among the 40-49 years old students, career and interest were both equally important for their study. Finally the senior people who were over 49 years old mainly studied for interest on subjects rather than relating study to their career growth.

According to the second graph, students who are under 26 years old received the highest support in their education where about 65% support came from their employers in terms of time-off and financial support for study fees. This support decreased with the age of the students. Interestingly students over 40 years old got more support from their employers than that of 30 to 40 years old.
