IELTS Academic Writing Task 1: Sample Answer
The given diagram shows different parts of a dock mp3 player. As is seen in the given illustration, about eight parts are indicated using arrow symbols to denote the various parts of a dock mp3 player.
According to the given diagram, there are two feet of a docking mp3 player that are used to placed the mp3 player in a plain surface. The feet are placed in a balanced position so that they can carry the weight of the player. A digital clock is present that denotes the time. The two speakers are probably the largest parts of the player and are placed on two sides of the player. Alarm clock and its setting button are placed on the right side of the clock and just above the right feet of the player. Docking pins are in the middle and it is used for the power and speaker connection.
Infra red button is in left top position (just after the left speaker) and it is used to connect with the remote controllers. Volume controller is on the right side (just before the right speaker position) and above it the power button is present to switch off or turn on the player. Finally poer cable is connected with the player from the left side and this is placed in the left-bottom position of the mp3 player.
