The provided line graph compares meat, salt and fish intake of Chinese people from 1985 to 2010. The food consumption is given in gram per person in a week and overall fish was most popular item among Chinese people among the given three items.

According to the given line graph, each Chinese person consumed over 600 grams of fish per week in 1985 which was highest intake among the three food items. Consumption of salt and meat items were below 500 gm. /week and just above 100 gm. /week respectively in this year. Over time, the consumption of salt reduced significantly while the consumption of meat increased gradually. The consumption of these two food items intersected in 2010 when the intake of these two items reached to just over 200 gm. per person in a week. On the contrary, the fish intake showed some fluctuations over the years but increased sharply after 1995 and finally reached to well over 850 gm.
