You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You bought an air conditioner from a store. Unfortunately it broke down within a few days. You contacted the support department, but they were not helpful. Write a letter to the manager of the company expressing your dissatisfaction with their customer service.
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear _ ,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your poor customer service. On 2nd November, I bought an air conditioner from your outlet. Unfortunately, it has been as dead as a doornail on the very second day I purchased it. As a result, I called up your maintenance department to check the appliance. But what a regret is that no one is sent despite several calls. On the top of that, your staffs are very rude and bereft of professional attitudes. This is not what I would expect from a reputed company like yours.
I believe this is not the way that a professional company wishes to conduct business with valued customer as I have been with you since seven years and have never encountered such terrible treatment before. I urge you to take proper action against your staff and ensure prompt customer service to prevent similar situation from recurring.
