You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You went on a sightseeing trip with a tour company but did not like it. Write a letter to the company manager to complain. In your letter include:
- why you went on the trip
- what you did not like about it
- what you suggest the company do to improve their service for future visitors
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.

To the manager of Travel Planners,
I am writing following a tour to Jordan to explore Petra. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received.
Last week I travelled to Jordan in order to educate ourselves about the magnificent stone city of Petra and the Bedouin tribe. I went on Petra sightseeing with my wife and children to show them literary carved directly into pink, red, white, and sandstone cliff faces. Although the guide was generally polite and helpful, he was bereft of historical knowledge of Petra. Besides, you have no idea about when and what is the best way to get to Petra. Furthermore, the guide did not provide us with the information on what are the captivating sights at Petra. Moreover, the duration of the tour was not simply enough to explore such an ancient city like Petra.
I would like to suggest you to train your guide, and collect adequate information about Petra like, its history, proper time to visit, top sights, and so on. I hope you will take these points into your generous consideration.
