Sample Answer:

Dear Sirs,

I am writing this letter to let you inform that you have got an efficient manger named Thomas Stern who helped me find my bag and other important documents that I lost on a bus journey. Last Monday I took a bus by your company in London and arrived at Victoria Coach Station at approximately 3pm.

It was almost immediately after getting off the bus I discovered that I left my bag. The bag contained some important banking and official documents. If I had not got those documents, I would have gone through a big hassle. However, I immediately contacted your Victoria office and was absolutely impressed by the prompt responsiveness of the manager. He patiently listened to the incident and assured me that I would get my bag as soon as possible.

Honestly speaking, although he sounded confident, I was in sheer doubt of getting back my bag and documents. But much to my surprise, the manager rang my mobile phone in the next morning and told me that he had recovered my bag and documents. He, even, sent it to my office address which represents the utmost professionalism your employees have.

I think he is diligent enough to be rewarded.

Yours sincerely,
John Gray
