Sample Answer:

Dear Sir,

I,Tim Burford, am writing is to request you to find a suitable accommodation for us as we are going to settle down in Brisbane, Australia. I came to know about you from one of my friends already living Brisbane. I am married living with my wife and my 3 year old daughter, and wish to rent an apartment in Newmarket.

On January 1, 2016, we will move to Brisbane and are looking for an apartment. The apartment should have at least 3 bedrooms along with attached bathroom. The dining must be spacious and the kitchen should be equipped with new cabinet. Apart from this, it should have two car parking space. In addition, it must be pet friendly. Anyway, we are ready to pay $4000 which should all the utilities.

The apartment complex should be at a place from where public transports are easily accessible. Besides, it would be great if we can have our children admitted in a nearby school and availability of a decent school near the apartment is something we are looking for.

Hopefully I have been able to clearly demonstrate the important aspects we would like to have when selecting a living place there and that would help you find a suitable accommodation for us.

If, however, you have further question, please feel free to contact me at tim@gmail.com.

I look forward to hearing at your earliest convenience.

Sincerely,
Tim Burford
