Sample Answer:

Dear Councillor,

The aim of this letter is to inform you about difficulties we are facing recently.

My name is James Anderson. I am working as software engineer in JediTelecom and have been living in 43 Stephen Road, Bexleyheath DA7 6EF since 2002 along with my family. Anyway, the London Borough of Bexley has been dumping litters into the sidewalks just in front of my house. It affects our live severely, and even many times we feel suffocated and find it difficult to stay in the house. On the top of that we are afraid that we might be infected by the airborne diseases.  The worst part is that we have a 8 month-old infant who is in vulnerable condition due to the garbage dumped in front of our house.

However, I have complained it several times to the council office over the phone, but regrettably still the issue exits. I earnestly request your personal attention on this matter, and to take necessary actions.

I look forward to seeing the prompt measure.

Yours sincerely,
James Anderson
