You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
A construction company finished renovations at your home recently. You are not happy with
their work.
Write a letter to complain to the manager about this matter. In your letter explain :
- what type of repairs were done
- what are you not happy about
- what do you suggest, as a solution
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any address.
Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,
On November 7, 2015, I entered into a contract with your company to renovate my home. This letter is to inform you that the renovation work carried out has not been met stipulated requirement. If you read the contract again, you will find three issues: first, repair kitchen, second, change color of walls from blue to off white, and finally, change air-conditions to the brand Haier. Regrettably, the work has not been done according to the specification that was given.
Although color of walls was painted in fashion which reflects light creating ethereal aura, other works have not been carried out as per contract. The roof gutter of kitchen has not been installed properly and the roof is leaking. Besides, air-conditions were changed but by brand LG.
I would appreciate it if you could organize to have the roof gutter properly installed and air-conditions changed to specified brand by January 1, 2016.
I look forward to settling the issue amicably. If, however, you would not undertake the rectification work required by January 1, 2016, I will be bound to consider taking further step to resolve the matter through the Department of Building Disputes Tribunal.
