Sample Answer:
Nothing could be more concrete about truth than the statement that always telling the truth is the most important consideration in any relationship. Yes, truth is the utmost crucial fabric of any relationship. I wholeheartedly believe that it is so important to tell the truth in any relationship because truth is the essence of any relationship.
To start with, when one goes along and grow along in one’s relationship, it is vitally crucial to be able to tell the truth, even if one think it is going to hurt the other one. The temporary sufferings of the truth can far outweigh the long and drawn out subtle agony of living in a lie. Also, you belittle your partner when you do not tell her the truth. A relationship goes hand in hand with being able to tell the truth. Telling lie, on the other hand, erodes the relation that cannot be recovered. For example, a friend of mine had an affair with the prettiest girl I have ever seen. But he was totally chameleon in his relationship. He has another secret affair and he was continuously telling lie to both of them. One day, eventually, he lost both of them and he felt like he had been left high and dry.
Again, trust is an essential ingredient of a relationship. Trust can be built on long practice of truth, but it can be broken just with a lie, and there is a possibility it may not be attained back. When a man tells a lie to his partner regardless of its reasons, it is natural to feel deceived. For many people, any kind of deceit is treated as deal breaker. For example, my last business partner lied to me about a simple matter, but I felt he may lie further and I could be deceived by him at any moment. Thereby, I ended the joint venture with him.
In conclusion, the bottom line is truth streamlines the relationship and keeps it evergreen. In other words, a single lie, even, can ruin an intimate relationship. That is why, truth always matters in any sort of relationship.
