After the IELTS test

Sample Answer:
The given diagram presents information about the administrative works which are done after the candidates finish their IELTS test. Overall, from the IELTS test taking till sending the certificate to the test takers involves many administrative works.

First the answer sheets of reading & listening of the test takers are collected while the speaking and writing test are completed in parallel. Reading and listening sub modules are marked by the administrator. Similarly the speaking test performances of the candidates are assessed by the examiner while the writing tests are marked by other IELTS examiners. In the third step, the speaking interview tapes are sent to examination board and the marks are sent to administrators. These are then stored and reevaluated. Similarly for the writing module, answers are sent to examination board and marks are sent to administrator. Writing papers are reassessed and stored like the speaking module.

In the final two steps marks are collected and combined by the administrator and certificates are prepared. At the end certificates and sent to the test takers.
